We produce a range of pouring bushes for lost foam casting with overall length up to 1 metre including sprue and bowl.
In some applications it is an advantage to have longer assemblies of up to 2 metres total length. A laminar flow of metal can be achieved by means of the tapered sprue, minimising inclusion of air bubbles.
Very high metallostatic head can be generated, suitable for bottom feeding of ingots or large castings.
The lower sections of the sprue may impregnated to improve strength and erosion resistance.
Connecting runner systems can be designed and incorporated into the system.
